The Gazelle E-Bike Medeo T10 HMB offers an unparalleled riding experience.
It is powered by a 500Wh and 13.8Ah electric motor to maximize power.
The maximum battery range is 130km.
- The Eco range provides a range of up to 130 km, while the Tour range offers up to 75 km.
- The Sport range guarantees 60 km and the Turbo range 50 km.
- The weight of the bicycle is well distributed for better traction and the handlebar grips are ergonomic for greater comfort.
- In addition, there are wide tires to obtain optimal grip on different surfaces.

By placing the order before 12.00 (GMT +1) working, from Monday to Friday, we guarantee the delivery of the package to the courier the same day and sometimes it is also possible with orders received later . In the event of holidays or changes to the order, delivery will be postponed to the next working day.

- We will then send you an email with the return number.
- Enter your order number and follow the procedure
- Prepare your shipment using the original packaging
- If you are unable to print the form, insert in the package a sheet with the details of the order holder (name-surname and order number).
- Close the box carefully
- We will send you an e-mail confirming how the package will arrive at our warehouse
Do I have to pay the return?
The return is free with the exception of E-Bikes and bicycles in general for which the manufacturer's warranty applies.
How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be made in the same way you paid, within 30 days of receiving the package at our offices.
