Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

At Mognettibike, we offer a clear and transparent return policy, fully compliant with current European regulations. Below you'll find all conditions for returning a product, requesting a refund, or claiming warranty support.

Unwanted Products

You may return your order within 30 days from the delivery date. E-Bikes and bicycles are excluded, as they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unmounted, and in perfect condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, manuals, and all included accessories must be returned.
  • Returns are not accepted for food items, personalized goods, or products ordered on request.

Return Procedure

  1. Email us at shop@mognettibike.it with your details and order number.
  2. Wait for approval and receive your return number.
  3. Securely pack the item and include your name, surname, and order number inside the parcel.
  4. Ship to:
    MognettiBike, via Firenze 2, 25036 Palazzolo sull’Oglio (BS) - Italy
  5. Use a tracked shipping service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Once the return is verified, you will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, a store credit valid for 6 months can be issued.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us. We’ll verify the issue via photos or video and guide you through the next steps. If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty. Damage due to wear, incorrect use, or tampering is not covered. To request warranty service, please contact us with a description of the issue and your proof of purchase.

Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, follow the standard return process. You'll receive a store credit to place a new order with the correct size.

Bulky Items

If you wish to return large or heavy items, please contact us beforehand. We’ll provide tips to help you package and ship the product correctly.

Custom Orders

Items ordered on request cannot be canceled or returned, as they are prepared specifically for the customer. In case of significant delays from the supplier, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions or a refund if applicable.

In-Store Pickup Returns

Returns for items picked up in-store follow the same rules as standard returns. However, cash refunds are not available. Instead, you will receive a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Complete bicycles and E-Bikes
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged products due to improper handling
