By placing the order before 12.00 (GMT +1) working, from Monday to Friday, we guarantee the delivery of the package to the courier the same day and sometimes it is also possible with orders received later . In the event of holidays or changes to the order, delivery will be postponed to the next working day.

How can I make a return?
You can return your order within 30 days, starting from the day of receipt of the package - Excluding E-bikes and bicycles in general for which the manufacturer's warranty

Returning is very simple:

1. Send us an email to shop@mognettibike.it with your details and order number
2. We will then send you an email with the return number.
3. Enter your order number and follow the procedure
4. Prepare your shipment using the original packaging
5. If you are unable to print the form, insert in the package a sheet with the details of the order holder (name-surname and order number).
6. Close the box carefully
7. We will send you an e-mail confirming how the package will arrive at our warehouse

Do I have to pay the return?
The return is free with the exception of E-Bikes and bicycles in general for which the manufacturer's warranty applies.

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be made in the same way you paid, within 30 days of receiving the package at our offices.
