The SONdelux has a generator made specifically for LED headlights such as Edelux II. Its voltage curve rises a little slower than the SON 28 voltage curve.
This means you will have the same voltage at higher speeds than SON 28 which complies with German legal regulations
Since LEDs provide high light output even at low power, the different electrical properties between SONdelux and SON 28 become less relevant. With SONdelux you will have a little less light at speeds below 20km / h, but with more than 60 lux at 15km / h it is more than enough. At higher speeds you won't notice any difference
The SONdelux slim magnetic system saves around 50 grams depending on the type of hub and reduces the average power consumption by around 15%. Despite the generator always running: with the lights off, the additional power consumption is negligible compared to hubs without integrated dynamo.
With the lights on, the power consumption increases significantly as the lighting systems use up to 4 watts. SONdelux takes command even with the lights on. By the way, the power draw of a hub dynamo is so small that, normally, you won't feel any difference when you turn on the lights. However, it will be a good idea to turn off the lights in daylight if you like to go as smoothly as possible!

Returns and Refunds
How to Request a Return
You can return your order within 30 days from the delivery date, with the exception of E-Bikes and bicycles, which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Returning a product is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at shop@mognettibike.it including your personal details and order number.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your return number and further instructions.
- Write your order number clearly and follow the provided return instructions.
- Use the original packaging to prepare your return.
- If you can't print the return form, include a note in the box with the name and order number of the purchaser.
- Seal the package carefully.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse.
Is the Return Free?
Returns are free of charge for most products. However, E-Bikes and bicycles are excluded and fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Shipping for these returns may be at the customer's expense.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for your order. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your returned item at our facility.
