Retrobike Sprintech Road Bar End Mirrors are designed for road bikes, for professionals as well as for amateurs, adults, young people and children.
This product was conceived with the idea of increasing the cyclist's safety. With a greatly expanded visual field constantly at the rider's disposal, the cyclist no longer has to look back over his shoulder in order to perform certain maneuvers - a definite advantage which alleviates the need for the rider to alter his balance and compromise his safety, especially in a dense urban environment.
The Sprintech rear-view mirror's originality and universality of design makes for an attractive product, fitting easily onto any model of road bike.
Practical, light and effective, Sprintech is very discreet and does not in any way hinder the movements of the cyclist.
ASSEMBLY Placed on both sides of the handlebars, the Sprintech rear-view mirror is easy to install. One merely removes the caps from the ends of each of the handlebars, inserts a connector, and attaches the Sprintech rear-view mirror. Once installed, the adjustment of the mirror is easily accomplished thanks to a patented joint system.

The general perception of the product is average. The whole assembly is plastic. The mirrors are very lightweight and the body doesn't seem to be able to break, but has cheap feel. The reflective surface is also plastic. Potentially scratchable but didn't test. Despite cheap perception they are completely functional. Negative points: the mounting system. It consists of hard rubber hollow plugs. If you have a thick tape, it is almost impossible to push them in. If you manage somehow, pushing in the ball ends of the mirror bodies is also pretty hard. The biggest problem is that they are impossible to remove without breaking the mirror bodies and destroying the rubber plugs. At least I don't see any realistic way of doing that. For my particular situation, with thick rubber tape I made custom 3D printed mounting system that is easy to disassemble. Another negative point is the field of view. It is quite narrow despite the fact that the mirrors are convex. The curvature also makes everything smaller, so effectively it is only possible to easily see bright headlights. Distinguishing a cyclist who is more than 10m behind you with a quick glance is almost impossible. Also due to their positioning it takes too long to move the head and eyes to look into them and back to the road. Might be dangerous in busy environments. But it is not the product's fault. Aesthetically the design is very nice and aerodynamic. Also seems durable
